Pros
Met the most wonderful, nicest people in my 15+ years working there. Great medical benefits with very low monthly premium cost to employees. Paid winter holiday shutdowns from Christmas through the New Year.
Cons
POOR management. Relocation from CA to TN not well planned. “Legacy” employees laid off without having replacements and asked to create SOP’s for their desk as training guides for incoming hires. New TN hires are expected to handle consolidated functions of at least 2 previous employees at downgraded positions. Annual raises not guaranteed and very low (1.5-3%). Not much growth opportunity available.
