Pros
-Free coffee -Sometimes there's free snacks -When you tell people you work at Mitsubishi Electric, they get impressed because they think you actually work for Mitsubishi Motors.
Cons
-No work life balance. -You're made to feel guilty if you leave on time or if you use your vacation days -Most people look miserable/hate their job -Managers abuse their power -These "adults" gossip like middle school children because they're so bored out of their minds from their dull unfulfilling jobs/ lives. -Office politics revolve around control and scare tactics to silence their workers into submission/ not report their abuse. -Some managers are unprofessional and take out their anger/ stress on their employees. They psychologically abuse their employees about things that aren't even related to work, just their own personal lives. It gives them sick pleasure to inflict pain on someone they have power over- because for once, they have control over something in their lives... and that's the well being of the employees they manage. -When managers make questionable decisions and mess up, they take out their anger on their employees- when the employees were just in fact following their orders. -I'm under the impression nobody actually knows what they're doing... and that's why they get defensive when you ask questions about an assignment that had insufficient information. -Some managers are too proud to admit when they don't know the answer to your question. They just turn around and make you feel dumb for asking in the first place.
