This company isn't good. Every year, there are 2 or 3 lawsuits against management. HR is a joke, women get paid 40% less, and minorities aren't respected. You won't advance or be recognized unless you're part of the VP circle. Learning is limited since everything is controlled by Japan – your role is just to communicate between customers and Japan. This company is like an ExperienceDestroyer. You come, and they assign you tedious work until you become outdated. Before accepting this job, be aware that you have the right to file complaints with EEOC.gov if you experience discrimination or harassment at work. This company is notorious for such issues against minorities and individuals of all ethnicities Including white people.
