My pay was below my market value. The turnover rate was baaaaad. They could not hold on to good employees and had large layoffs multiple times during my employment. The business tempo was odd-- either too busy or nothing going on at all. The managerial structure was poorly thought out/executed. I saw many creative and talented people working there that didn't have the opportunity to show their true abilities. It led to many unsatisfied and unfulfilled people.
