MITTERA has done a wonderful job of improving communication about advancement opportunities for employees - they're there and there's plenty of them. A mentorship program and new employee outreach program were rolled out just this year. Mittera Group also has a budding Women's Group that has implemented various programs aimed at enhancing company culture and processes. It's a great way for women to get to know others in the corporation and exercise their professional strengths outside of their job responsibilities. This truly is a company that is on the forefront of big, creative ideas and career opportunities for all its employees. I'd recommend working here to anyone with ambition and drive.
Cons
It's a growing company that touches several different industries - manufacturing, technology, data and creative. While it's hard to define an overriding culture given the diverse nature of each sector, individual cultures and communities are apparent throughout.
