Pros

Leadership: supportive, great to learn from, lots of women in leadership. Growth Opportunities: if you put in the work and aren’t afraid to ask questions and seek these opportunities out- they are there. They are not handed out freely, rightly so. Company Values. Strong Colleagues: I work with a team of knowledgeable and talented folks who are always happy to share info and help those that are newer to the company.

Cons

Some benefit upgrades or improvements. I think small adjustments would go a long way. Better 401k match, additional employer contribution to insurance premiums.
