Pros
Fun job if that is the kind of work you are looking for. Equipment is a little above industry standard, which is nice. Road supervisors are very hit or miss. Some play favorites and are incredibly lazy, while others will bend over backward to help you out.
Cons
Very difficult to ever get time off. You are heavily penalized for missing shifts. Also, lots of idiots work there, so it's nerve-wracking to never know if your partner for the day is going to be incompetent. Prepare to work long hours for little pay, and have no guarantee of getting out on time. Strict tattoo policy as well. Also, two supervisors had a threesome with a basically braindead potential employee, and she magically got hired, with no repercussions from management to the supervisors (even though they were well aware). So if you're having trouble getting hired, you know what to do....
