Free education, free uniforms, free food (only to boose morale), decent benefits.

Cons

Routinely neglects 911 coverage for local and long distance transfers, upper management does not communicate with lower management and road staff, neglects contract requirements, threatens defamation and slander lawsuits when surrounding agencies attempt to them accountable. Pay is below cost of living and pay scale is slow moving. Surrounding municipal agencies pay far better for the work required.

One of the better private EMS companies to work for as far as pay and equipment goes.

Cons

Not particularly felt valued for the amount of work done. Very centered on profits yet not taking basic steps to cut costs.
