Candidate will find it easy in interview process and will get good help from Human Resource department. Technical round is also easy if your communication is good.
Cons
It is complete night shift without cab even when they its day shift at the time of interview. It is 6 day working company. They can terminate employees without prior notice depending on their projects. regular temporarily transfer to client side without cab.
