This company has little opportunity to grow. We don't have any learning opportunity from senior member and manger. The management is the puppet of directors. Appraisal policy is late for 4 to 5 months and that is also partial. This company is shifting towards a consultancy or staffing services. They are not focusing on development part as they don't bring project. For a employees there is two option either go to client site or look for other opportunity.
