Pros
Great company with amazing people and product. this company has a real chance to be something big, while also doing something important in the lives of everyday people. I mean how many companies can say that? They are on the leading edge without being on the bleeding edge of the mobile healthcare space. Lot's of innovation and energy. Company was small enough when I was there (40-ish employees) that you got to know everyone, but big enough that it still feels like a real company, and not some small 'shop". Overall corporate culture is one of inclusion and outings and events were the norm. I always felt that everyone ad a voice. Lot's of growth potential ahead for these guys. Good employee benefits overall. Also - it's not venture funded so while you get the advantage of being in a quasi startup environment, the management is very mature and there is no strange pushes from the investors to do things that only VC's every seem to expect companies to do. The only goals there were to be a great company, with a great product, with great clients.
Cons
Not the highest salaries in the market. Has to be said. But on the flip side they prefer to promote from within, so if you want to be able to move up, and sometimes quickly - this might be the place for you. And like most companies on the leading edge there is a fair amount of pressure to keep things moving forward. New features, new accounts, keep it rolling. That's as much a positive as a negative depending on the environment you want to be a part of, but it's certainly worth mentioning. If your not showing up to work - go somewhere else. At the same time it's still a mostly 9-5 kind of place. Just for that 8 hours expect to perform.
