Pros
WLB depends on department, can be good. Salary is.. ok Nice offices, several sites
Cons
No leadership, the top management are off to new adventures but won't let someone else lead. No bonuses, no ESPP, stock that keeps going down (there's RSU which is, ok...) 80% WFO which seems more important than the success of the business. Slow promotions.
