Pros
* Interesting product * In some areas there are interesting problems to solve * Overall nice people
Cons
* Most of the knowledge is undocumented and unwritten —everything gets passed around by word of mouth and requires finding the right person to ask * Unless you're working on stuff running offline, much of the code is legacy. The tech is outdated * Much of the main code is written by Algorithm Developers with no education on software best practices / design. Many employees have never worked in another company (e.g. started as students and stayed until today) so have only seen how stuff is done in Mobileye and mostly copy from examples in the current codebase * Currently 4 days in the office, HR contacts you if you miss more days. Hours (time sheet) needs to be filled when working from home * Not much regard to employee satisfaction - management treats employees like only a means to and end to get tasks done * If your main office is not in Jerusalem but some members of your teams work there - be prepared to travel there ~once a week
