Pros
The Tami4 Passover and Rosh Hashanah gifts
Cons
managers don’t mentor — they blame people under them to cover their own mistakes. the culture is full of ego: people will happily throw you under the bus just to look good to upper management. i was ignored by my manager for over a year — no feedback, no guidance, nothing. instead of supporting growth, they’ll lie to you, avoid you, and eventually push you out. hiring and promotions often depend more on politics and religion than on actual skills or performance. students are treated as cheap, disposable labor, not as future engineers. there are no onboarding plans — you’re thrown into the deep end, expected to deliver without training or support. rather than mentoring, many engineers focus on self-preservation and shift responsibility onto untrained juniors My advice for students and juniors, there are plenty of better semi conductors compagnies that will actually give you growth and opportunities and a better future, don't even waste your time considering EPG VLSI. note: maybe this was my experience as a junior, but from what i saw, the same toxic dynamics also affect experienced employees.
