1. it was a lot of great engineering talent 2. pretty easy work life balance, working from home whenever needed 3. lots of mobility and the ability to own what you created and innovate that

Cons

1. CEO was super old school 2. There was a lot of in fighting that was never resolved 3. you felt really bad for the admins, I worked with 3 and they tried really hard to change the culture
