Pros

Positions in various departments are always available.

Cons

Pay is seriously too low. PTO can only be taken after 90 days hired, limited to 12 per year. 30 minute lunch breaks are a joke.

We’re sorry to hear that you felt as though your PTO , Pay and breaks were not satisfactory. We periodically evaluate compensation and benefits. Beginning this year, we have increased our first year of PTO from 12 days to 15 days based on our market analysis. Regarding breaks, each department determines lunch breaks based on business need and some departments do elect a 30 minute lunch break to ensure we can meet the needs of our members. Employee feedback like your helps us advance our mission to be better, every day, for the customers we serve and the employees who make Moda a great place to work. We appreciate that you shared your experience with us, and we will continue to work to make improvements. Thank you for your valuable comments!

Pros

Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

Cons

The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
