Inexpensive Insurance Benefits, Dog-Friendly Workplace and Discretionary Day paid by the company and some departments have work from home privileges.
Cons
A fair amount of nepotism can be seen here, the attendance policy could be more with the times as they do not acknowledge Dr.'s notes as an excused absence and small office politic issues are a commonplace.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We agree that we Moda offers great benefits and having some of our offices allow dogs is a plus. We appreciate your feedback about our attendance policy. As a service business, we need to ensure that we are available to support our members and customers. Our attendance policy allows employees to be absent and allows for multiple occurrences before any disciplinary action is taken. We will forward on your feedback for consideration and appreciate your taking the time to share your experience.
Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability.
Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.
Cons
The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
