Pros
-Some very talented individuals are doing amazing work. Coworker were supportive. -Downtown location is great - Great initial onboarding process facilitated by HR.
Cons
-Doesn't have enough resources for current equipment, career development, new systems or processes to support job functions as compared to comparable companies in Oregon. - Pay is below industry standard. -Company culture is incoherent. Some departments have good leadership and support DEI efforts others do not. -Bullying has historically not been appropriately addressed which has lead to pockets in the company that have toxic work environments. -Mismanaged workloads due to lack of project management skills in management.
