      Pros

      Moda is a great company to work for. The benefits are outstanding, PTO and retirement are generous. I feel empowered to do my job and I'm not micromanaged. DEI is important here. I work remotely on a flexible schedule which is a great added benefit.

      Cons

      The pay is okay at best, and raises are pretty small.

      Pros

      Stable company and management with low turnover and very good work life balance. Pay is not too bad, but primarily the good parts of Moda are about the stability. Part of the reason Moda is stable is because you can move around the colony and get promoted. There are people who have worked here for decades. This is a company that retains its people.

      Cons

      The pay isn’t as high as companies that tend to be less stable. For me the trade off is good, as my sanity is preserved.
