Pros
Good benefits, work from home. That is it.
Cons
Low pay, bad training, and the supervisors and leads are unsupportive, passive aggressive and unhelpful. When my training group was released from training we had a teams chat where we could ask them questions. There were 8 of us so there were a lot of questions, and one person in particular was constantly asking questions they should have known. Instead of talking to that person individually, they told us (by email!) that we were asking too many questions and they would take the chat away completely so we couldn't ask questions if we didn't stop. Seriously? Who does that? Do they want their customers told the wrong info? They just don't care. 5 out of 10 people from my training group were gone within the first 3 months. That should tell you something. Awful culture. I would avoid this company is you can. I was out of there as soon as possible.
