Pros

There is very few people who really cares about employe. 1. basic health insurance 2. two way cab facility after 7 pm 3. internet bill reimbursement up to 900 4. once in a while team dinner if u ask .

Cons

Since a startup do not expect decent salary , 2. no benefits at all , No bonus , no minimum rewards, 3. worst part is salary structure including incentives on salary but there will be no incentives at all few processes are getting good inventory , most of them are not so do not expect incentives . 4. Referral's are bad if you refer on company portal do not expect for call . You should have good relationship with you higher officials . 5. Notice period is 2 months from my personal perspective 2 months notice is bit harsh current industry wants people to join immediately are 30 days , Companies are not ready to relieve with minimum notice . And they expect people to join immediately 6. its been 2 yrs .10 months not even a single bonus for diwali , Least a simple sweet box even for the people on office .

Pros

Leadership listens, encourages growth/problem solving, and are passionate about showing up well. Overall culture/mentality is start-up but leadership experience is extensive so it's a great blend if you're willing to learn/grow and want to be better. Tech team does a great job in eliminating any potential barriers, providing a forum to bring ideas/collaboration, with a goal of continued evolution and excellence in delivery. Shared goal of being better than yesterday.

Left this company in very short tenure of 4 weeks Efficiency leader. Shouts, yells, blames, talks behind back. Good belongs to him. Bad belongs to others
