Pros
There is literally no pros to working here
Cons
This is a toxic work culture. There is a CS group text the manager made where all they do is talk poorly about other coworkers who are not in the group chat from the same team. How is that supportive culture? You will only get meetings if you are well liked. HR is a joke and never knows what's going on. Make sure to record your meetings because they will gaslight you later when you quote them. Nobody communicates with each other in this company and you will constantly be picking up certain lazy people slack. It's cliquey and if you don't become best friends and suck up to managers, you will have a terrible time. There is little to no training. All of the People are encouraged to come forward with their feedback then gaslit by management and wrote up for no reason. The retaliation here is unmatched if you try to complain about any of the manager's favorite people not fulfilling their job duties and it's honestly a joke. They are like a MLM preaching about work life balance, appreciating employees, and their open door policy but literally could not care less about anyone outside of the circle If you care about yourself or your mental health apply elsewhere. You will constantly be expected to answer messages off the clock and attend weekly meetings outside of your working hours. People brag about working until 9 or 10pm off the clock on the prescription portals as if that’s expected of everyone. They will tell you there is growth opportunities in your interview but after working there for a year, you find out that's just a lie they use to get you in. Use this as a bridge to your real job where you will be respected.
