Great management, low pressure, simple responsibility’s

Little to no training. Pretty typical for the car business though

Great work life balance and understanding staff. Slightly beneficial perks when purchasing vehicles. Absolutely no micromanaging whatsoever

Training was bare minimum. Information about role feels more like learn as you go. No true feel for organization chart. Some departments feel like they are better than others and look at you like you’re beneath them. Communication is poor unless something goes wrong even if you were proactive ahead of time.
