1. management is not well thought of due to incompetence.
2. managers all want to be VPs even though they cannot manage who they have today.
3. culture is toxic and becoming worse. does not reflect stated values.
4. managers are not truthful, do not communicate.
5. leadership do not make decisions, they drive staff to surface way forward which causes confusion and resentment.
6. arrogance in leadership is rampant, no respect for staff expertise, leads to ineffective use of resources, causing staff to want to leave.
7. this is not just growing pains, there are real problems with current management behaviors. very little trust in leadership and management
