Bosses are typically unavailable and due to lack of awareness of what is happening in their groups, prone to bad decision-making. Potential employees seeking a new place to work that is harmonious and provides a strong platform for professional growth, including adequate training and strong leadership, should not work here. Alternatively, potential employees looking for a new salary and title without having to work all that hard to attain it, with a high tolerance for no work-life balance and little recognition from leadership, and with a willingness to travel onsite to the headquarters in Boston frequently (every 1-3 months) despite being a "fully remote" employee might be able to work here longer than others.
