Pros
I've worked at Moderna for about two and a half years now. Moderna brings a challenging, fast paced, and exciting environment. Everyone that I've come in contact with here is genuinely friendly, and helpful. Every accomplishment that is made here is truly a team effort, and I can honestly say management does a great job of recognizing hard work and rewarding it. To watch the development of this technology has truly special. It's extraordinary and the potential for this is inconceivable.
Cons
Moderna currently has three sites, and a couple of times I've noticed communication between groups in different building could use some improvement. There have been instances where groups come together and realize that they have been working on a similar project and that they do have useful information they can share with each other. Moderna does have weekly R&D meetings to give each group a chance to show off their work, however it can be three or so months in between presentations.
