Our Engineering Co-ops have always been who we look at first for any of our entry-level full-time engineering position openings. We take record of the graduation dates and reviews of all of our Engineering Co-ops and present this information to the hiring managers for consideration for any entry level position. The HR group is built of individuals where the vast majority have worked at Modine for 10 years or more. Based on your posting date, you were hired when an individual in the HR team left the company. To provide a seamless transition and maintain relationships, one of the veteran HR members supported this position in the interim while filling the position that the individual left. The position had been filled and the individual continues to work at Modine. Both HR representatives that you had worked with continue to work at Modine as well, and have always kept an open door policy with any questions or concerns.
