      Cons

      Tremendous change is occurring with new leadership, lack of communication of a detailed strategy in areas. Some talent is leaving, some being terminated, as business groups are de-emphasized and consolidated.

      Great team, and coworkers, never had any issues with management. New CEO is doing great things and moving the company in a good direction

      Pretty laid back, Depending who your supervisor is they try to work with you, pay is good

      point system is not enough and should have way to get your points back but not going over the allowed amount easier.
