      Pros

      The people that work there are great from the management on down.

      Cons

      pay could be better no sick time attendance is on a point system which sucks since you dont get paid sick leave if you or a family member is sick more than a few days then you would be in trouble and might lose your job. vacation is only 40 hrs for the first 2 years

      Great team, and coworkers, never had any issues with management. New CEO is doing great things and moving the company in a good direction

      Had to be terminated due to recent decreased budget cuts

      Pretty laid back, Depending who your supervisor is they try to work with you, pay is good

      Cons

      point system is not enough and should have way to get your points back but not going over the allowed amount easier.
