      - Lots of travel - Great co workers, great environment - Very pragmatic, data driven company - Mistakes are treated as a learning opportunity, rather than with harsh disclipline

      Cons

      - Very slow to change - Very conservative - Slow to respond to increases in growth - Future vision and diversification is unknown from a product standpoint - Benefits are OK

      Great team, and coworkers, never had any issues with management. New CEO is doing great things and moving the company in a good direction

      Pretty laid back, Depending who your supervisor is they try to work with you, pay is good

      point system is not enough and should have way to get your points back but not going over the allowed amount easier.
