      Pros

      Company is big, but not too big. Very friendly group of people, solid benefits. Let's interns travel to the plant to get hands on experience which is invaluable. Hires interns full-time frequently.

      Cons

      Most of the people high up in the company have been with the company for 15-20 years. Not necessarily a bad thing, they clearly just want the people in those positions to have a long history with the company.

      Great team, and coworkers, never had any issues with management. New CEO is doing great things and moving the company in a good direction

      Pretty laid back, Depending who your supervisor is they try to work with you, pay is good

      Cons

      point system is not enough and should have way to get your points back but not going over the allowed amount easier.
