Pros
Not everyone is cut out to be a recruiter... a lot of these reviews are most likely written by people who did not do the job well. It's easier to blame the company then own up to your own short comings!! Pros: good for gaining industry experience. Flex schedule. Access to tons of huge national clients. No shortage of reqs to work on. No one fights over reqs like they do at other staffing companies because recruiters get assigned their own jobs to work. Competitive commission plan - paid a flat one time high-dollar commission per placement instead of a tiny percentage each month. Fun work environment. Finally getting some younger management who can relate to recruiters.
Cons
Base is a bit lower than other places in Denver (but commission is better). Location/building kind of sucks. Teams are organized oddly.
