Pros
-You have the opportunity to make a lot of money-the commission plan is one of the best in the industry -Opportunity to work on a number of different jobs within the technology industry and the ability to truly build and understanding of the IT vertical, if desired. -If you can succeed at Modis, you can succeed anywhere. -Good PTO and solid benefits.
Cons
-If you don't like to be held accountable for your performance, you will fail miserably. You will see VOIP reports everyday and your numbers every week. -Modis keeps under performers for too long. You can tell in 9-12 months if someone is going to succeed-don't waste everybody's time and keep people who aren't cutting it around for 18-24 months -It depends on the office, but training can be improved. You learn to recruit and sell by listening to others and doing. Sitting someone in front of modules for two weeks isn't going to teach them to be successful. Recruiting and sales directors need to do everything in their power to ensure people are given the tools to succeed and mentor them every day...not just when they feel like it. If you know how to recruit or sell, you'll be fine, if you don't the learning curve can be tough.
