Pros

Modus has experienced positive radical change in the last 12+ months making it a strong player in the eDiscovery industry and a reliable partner to clients. It begins with the solid leadership of CEO Steven Horan who is an innovative thinker with a clear vision on how to put Modus on top...and he is doing it. Steven strengthened the leadership team who now operates as a well oiled machine to support employees internally and insure excellent delivery to clients. Modus now has several competitive advantages over others in this industry and is positioned to grow exponentially. The opportunity at Modus is boundless. Modus has the winning combination.

Cons

Need to continue to hire and build the project management team to support the growing business.

Pros

Excellent colleague's & co-workers who do put forth their very best. Other offices are under less stress from HQ/DC, thus allowing a more fluid feeling of family. Lunches are provided occasionally by management, but not a common thing. When traveling, some happy hours might be happening, therefore allowing a few people to excessively drink.

Cons

Associates or Support personnel are treated like slaves, and don't receive repercussions for any negative actions. Untrained, Uneducated, Unfit, and/or Useless managers, director's, and executives in place and given power to make 'decisions', while ensuring the continuing suffrage of the workforce. You get a feeling of being used and abused. Absolutely NO RESPECT for their employee's. Commission structure is heading in the wrong direction. Low commission on many items. Managers are not motivating just condescending. There is no motivation for improvement because it is a good old boys club and they all stick together. The hours are long and the money is not worth the long hours. It is sad because it could be a cool place to work if they got rid of the 'right people' but to bad they are all buddies with someone and know how to throw others under the bus.
