Great pay, challenging upper managment - Remote Medical Coder Moffitt Cancer Center Employee Review

Upper-level management is often aggressive, rude, and prone to overpromising while underdelivering. They launched a year-long “Energy Bus” initiative that promoted work-life balance, flexible scheduling, positive reinforcement, and respect—yet continue to eliminate the very things that keep employees engaged. The loss of true scheduling flexibility, ongoing disrespectful communication, the AI initiative, and increasing demands have made working at Moffitt progressively less appealing. Benefits package is also covering less and costing more. After 10 years of employment I'm looking at other jobs for the first time.
