Moffitt has a family-like culture where everyone on the team from top to bottom is willing serve one another. There is a fantastic balance of intense work ethic and work-life balance and it is a growing company with lots of career opportunity.

Cons

Moffitt is a growing and maturing company, so there are hiccups and course corrections like any company. Company leadership is willing to admit a mistake and make a change when something is not working.

Great work schedule, numerous opportunities for advancement to those with a good work ethic. Good benefits and incentives, competitive pay, will provide training to learn new skill sets. Management values the employees and is firm on fundamentals but fair when it comes to unforeseen circumstances.

Cons

Rapidly changing environment based on market needs, may not always be the most organized of organizations but forward advancement is consistent. It's a great career for those who like to mix it up and take on a new challenge but it can be stressful to those who don't enjoy surprises!
