      Remote work and equipment provided was up to date. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, micromanagement, and more micromanagement. Lack of direction on processes and updating staff on these changes. Supervisor provided no concise answers and didn’t even know how to complete charting in data systems that are used daily.
