Pros

Great Benefits, decent pay. The president of the company is the coolest guy ever!

Cons

After you have received absolutely NO training at all. They take you into a room and evaluate you. They point out everything you have never been taught and make you feel like crap. Once you finally get the hang of things, mind you, because they have finally taught you something by criticizing the crap out of you (Criticism is your technical training). At your next evaluation, they tell you everything you've done wrong again...while you feel like you have helped the world, and have worked very hard....Management can't see it for being so focused on the negative. It is very sad. They seem to promote people based on how easy they are to work with, instead of promoting those who are qualified and really deserve the job. Also, I always feel like, somebody's watchhhhing meeee.......And I have no privacy. Most people I have spoken to are disgusted. It would behoove you to stay to yourself in a place like that. They go ask people if they want to be promoted instead of posting jobs so everyone has a fair shot. It is almost equivalent to the Stepford Wives.

Meaningful work, supportive coworkers, good benefits, professional growth opportunities, member-focused culture.

Cons

As with any healthcare organization, workloads can be busy during peak periods, but the experience gained is valuable.

Pros

The on boarding, orientation, initial training, compensation,401k, employee stock program, benefits, perks, the gym, and prior to the Pandemic the professional growth workshops. They offer merit increases and bonuses.

Cons

Cross training can be peer to peer and for short time, yet you are held accountable to master it and audited even if you had little training or experience. There are culture and values along with"no retaliation and no harassment" policies, however there is also no one to take your concerns to that is non-biased. No one to handle the work place bullies or hold management accountable(HR?conflict resolution?) They let the repeated problem people carry on for too long. They do sneaky lay-offs. The internal job posting seems good except, if you apply and you meet all the qualifications your manager or others can block you! They will let you apply to several positions, maybe even on your team or department and will not let you transition or go to another position. Management will not even tell you the reason they need you on the team and won't let you get hired on another team.
