MICROMANAGEMENT!!!!!! It is disturbing how they watch you. They will use it to show you the mistakes you made while replaying the call that was recorded. The "leadership" never take complaint calls from members but expect you to figure out the issue. You can NEVER get a day off! Just because you put in for the days months ahead, they will not grant it depending on how many people are off. The department is huge and there are always people off. The training was TERRIBLE if that is what you can call it. It is completely unorganized with a toxic work environment. They will have someone constantly listening and grading your calls, but completely overlooking how the member did not receive service. The transportation department will have members miss appointments because they do not show up. They are aware of the issue but will do nothing about it. The case managers do not care about the members and most of the time refuse to answer the calls or bother returning them. The insurance is awful and expensive. No one cares to change and none of the other departments want to assist. Keep looking .. DO NOT WORK HERE!
