Pros
Good company to work for once you get used to the workload. 401K matched @ 4% of your pay (100% Match). 3 Week vacation. Semi-helpful co-workers (we are a group of about 25 and only about 6 help each other out with questions). I am thankful for the opportunity.
Cons
When you get hired, forget about asking for a raise next year to match that of a new hire. Say you start at $30hr. Due to a lot of turnover, when they hire new people, they pay them at $32hr-$34hr. Meanwhile, you are still making $30hr. When you ask how you can be paid as a new hire who has no experience, they basically tell you that you have to be 100% on point in all your work give ideas to management, and help your co-workers, which probably means no one gets a raise over 2% yearly.
