      Flexible schedule, coworkers can be nice

      Cons

      One team in particular seems to receive the most houses to clean. Since we make commission that means the earn the most. They make twice as much or more than everyone else working the same amount of hours. and they skip over things to be quicker and go to more houses. The boss plays favorites.

      Pros

      Learning experience that provided a look into a house cleaning role, staff was vey considerate. I worked at this company in 2020.

      Cons

      Work was exhausting, would often clean 3 story houses. Consistently cleaned 3-5 houses a day. Customers would rarely tip.
