Pros

you use company cars weekends off unless you want to work a saturday most of the employees are nice but you know there's always a few not so nice

Cons

not enough pay for the amount of work required under bidding a house just to get the client no pay for drive time and they schedule houses way too far away from each other the owner and management let certain employees yell at them and make demands of what they will or won't do too much favoritism

Pros

Learning experience that provided a look into a house cleaning role, staff was vey considerate. I worked at this company in 2020.

Cons

Work was exhausting, would often clean 3 story houses. Consistently cleaned 3-5 houses a day. Customers would rarely tip.
