Pros

If you like making people happy then the upside to working as a Newborn Photographer is thrilling and celebratory.

Cons

Periodically, you will travel to your assigned hospital with the result of no babies to photograph. Since most hospitals require you to arrive in the morning you have the rest of the day free. Not good if you don't work elsewhere. Management requires you to be available 5 days per week, the hours vary depending on how many babies were born, and which are given clearance by the parents to be photographed. The pay is commission based so sometimes its a gamble. Who can work for no pay?

Pros

One of the best things about working at Mom365 is the corporate environment. There is a genuine sense of support extended to employees at all levels, making you feel valued no matter your role. Having a base salary with the option of earning commission is excellent and highly rewarding; it truly gives photographers the ability to control their own income and essentially set their own salary based on their drive and effort. Furthermore, leadership doesn’t just focus on the bottom line. It’s clear that management genuinely considers what is best for the photographers working hard in the hospitals every single day, ensuring we have the backing we need to succeed. The hospital partners appreciate what we do I the hospital which leads to a friendly and comfortable working environment.

Cons

Because photographers income relies on commission, your success depends on your own motivation and the daily patient volume in the hospital, which can naturally fluctuate.
