As an international company with employees working in different time zones, it sometimes gets difficult to communicate with colleagues. This may sometimes lead to unusual office hours.

I'm one week into my journey at Momentive Performance Materials, and I couldn't be happier with how things have started. My desk setup is comfortable and well-equipped, and the environment is clean, modern, and welcoming. Everyone I've met so far has been warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
