Favoritism plays a major role—unless you're on a Sales Director's "favorites" list, you're likely to be assigned the worst-performing accounts ("boards") with unrealistic sales expectations. The culture is toxic, driven by unattainable targets that push employees toward unethical behavior. Management explicitly encourages taking roles from client associations' career centers to inflate metrics—something that not only feels wrong but creates tension with the very partners we're supposed to support.
