Pros
Lovely people! No one is to "high up" to answer a question. Its a sales position that also has a very positive feeling behind it. Nothing sketchy or questionable like most sales roles. You have a voice. The company is still a close enough team to where your thoughts and opinions still matter. It is a sales role and numbers do obviously matter, but so do you. You are not just a number but treated like an actual person.
Cons
A lot of changes are currently happening after an acquisition. Unsure if they will be negative at this time, but it has the possibility to be. As with any small company, growth is a bit hard. There are few positions to strive for. With that said however, being is sales it is your job to help grow the company. The more they grow, the more opportunity!
