I recently made the decision to venture into Community Brands, because I believe in the product and purpose. The environment created here is that of respect, hard-work, individuality, fun and trust. There is so much to learn here, and the trainings, personnel and resources have been very beneficial. There is a feel here that everyone works above and beyond. There is no micro-management (which can be frustrating in any work environment). Questions are always welcome if I have them- which I do... a lot!
