Pros
Joined the company in late August 2019, after working in the Social Work field for quite some time, so this was a big change. On boarding was extremely organized and well put together making it easy to get started. My role is a difficult one to provide training on in a broad, traditional sense but colleagues are super helpful and always willing to let you shadow or provide input. Trainings are provided by management giving you the tools you need to be successful. The overall atmosphere is pretty laid back and casual. I enjoy working alone and being pretty self motivated/organized this is an excellent opportunity to do so while reaping the benefits of these qualities; efforts/accomplishments are recognized. There is an expectation of activity which seems reasonable and as long as you are doing your job there is not much micromanaging. The managers are helpful but relatively busy (understandably), so it helps to be a quick learner and to be willing to ask for help from the people around you as you are figuring things out. They have been very understanding and flexible, realizing that employees have a life beyond the desk. I greatly enjoy working here and look forward to showing up every day.
Cons
Nothing remarkable worth mentioning here.
