5yThank you for your feedback. Given your 3-4 year tenure with the company, I'd love to get more perspective on your comments and where you see areas for us to improve. Personally, I very much appreciate our employees and the priveledge we have in serving our non-profit and education customers. If that doesn't come across in our communications or actions, I definitely would like to know more. I have been with Community Brands 5+ years now and also came through acquisition, which brings with it a rollercoaster ride of change. That said, I am excited about the path we are on and would love to learn from you how I can ensure our employees feel the same way, or if they don't, tackle the issues head on!
