On the benefits, we were able to increase our 401k match for the second year in a row. We are now offering 100% match of your contribution up to 2% of your salary. In addition, we took every measure available to us to decrease (or at a minimum not increase) the benefit premiums in 2022; and, we will continue to explore ways to enhance our benefits to make the employee experience even better.
